Heading back out to the sandbar for the day.

The tide was really low so we explored a lot of the far end that’s usually under water.

Henry claimed his own island!

We found a blue crab’s claw that was recently broken off.

And a little female fiddler crab.

Later in the afternoon it got fairly breezy. Lots of seaweed on shore too. The left hand of the three sailboats anchored nearby is a Kadey-Krogen 38. The owner came over in his dinghy and got talking to me about my boat. Apparently he lived and worked aboard for a few years during Covid, but now there’s a forced return to the office and he wasn’t very happy!

Later I saw a drone photo on Facebook from the afternoon. We’d left by this point, but we typically anchor down by the isolated patch of vegetation on the right.
